To process a refund, you need to login to your account on showerdoc.co.uk and select the products from your order that you wish to return. A returns number will be generated so that we know to expect your return. If you send a return to us without a returns number you agree to pay a £5 administration fee to cover the extra work involved in processing your return.

Return of Faulty Goods:

You should open all boxes carefully and thoroughly check the goods for damage on the day of delivery and notify us of any damage within 7 days of the delivery. If we are not notified of damage within 7 days we are unable to claim from either the manufacturer or the carrier and you may be liable.

If a product is faulty you can return it to The Shower Doctor for an exchange or a full refund. Returned items are inspected and tested, please note that should we determine that the product is not faulty you will receive a refund for that item but you will be charged any delivery and collection costs we incur.

Please do not send your products back to The Shower Doctor without first logging into your online account and selecting the products from your order which are being returned.

In certain circumstances, we may ask you to return the product direct to the manufacturer.


Return of non-faulty goods:

At Showerdoc.co.uk we are determined to go to every length to ensure that you are a happy customer. If however the event arises that you wish to cancel your order, then you may do so in accordance with the provisions below.

Under the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have a right to cancel your purchase order within seven days of receipt by the appropriate addressee, of products sold under our agreement with you. Basically this means that you can return your order with in seven working days of receiving it. We cannot however accept returns if:

The products have been used, personalised or customised in any way.

The products have been fitted for fault finding purposes, it will deemed to have been used.

The packaging has been damaged or the product is no longer in a condition to be resold as new.

To return your products, please login to your account on this website and select the products from your order that are being returned. This will generate a returns number which should be sent to us along with the product.

It is recommended that - for your own protection - you should send the products back to Showerdoc.co.uk using recorded delivery so you have proof of delivery. You will have to meet the delivery costs of returning the unwanted products.

It is only when we receive the item in its original state, that Showerdoc.co.uk will refund the necessary purchase price for the item less delivery costs. Please note. If the product is not in a resalable condition then we will not be able to offer you a refund. We will have to send the product back to you, and you will have to incur the cost of the return delivery.
